The road
A road, a bridge or a railway, and the story behind it.
Roads, bridges and railways in Romania: who built them, when, and what they changed for the places they pass through.

The Road
The Comarnic Bypass, Now Open: Six Kilometers, End to End
In June, the bypass was an empty road seen from above the traffic jam on DN1. On Thursday, Oct. 1, it opened. I drove it on Friday, south to north, with the camera running: about seven minutes, from DN1 back to DN1.
